TFTAK Heads to Elintarvikepäivä 2026 in Finland

TFTAK is looking forward to attending Elintarvikepäivä 2026, Finland’s largest food industry event, on 5 May 2026 at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki. Visit us at Stand 21.


We are excited to meet food companies, innovation teams, and research partners to discuss practical ways to support product development and food innovation. Finland is already a familiar market for TFTAK, and we are proud to work with several strong Finnish clients and collaborators.


For example, we have had great cooperation with Valio, developed different ready-to-eat foods for Chef Lunden, created several successful soft drinks for Värska from Olvi Group, worked with atSauce to create the best possible technology for fermenting berry pomace to be used in sauces, and collaborated with Happy Plant Protein, Apetit and others.


As a flexible and discreet R&D partner, TFTAK supports food companies with product development, pilot-stage collaboration, and specialist expertise where it matters most.


Our work includes the development of functional foods and beverages, alternative protein technologies, as well as the valorization of different raw materials and side streams, supported by expertise in sensory science, shelf-life studies, and food intervention studies. We also offer bioprocess optimization, precision fermentation, and filamentous fungi cultivation services, among others.


Our Innovation Director Merli Üle and, Researcher in the Functional Foods & Beverages team Hanna Lang, are looking forward to meeting our partners, as well as other food companies and innovation teams, to discuss practical ways to support product development and food innovation.
