On October 2, 2025, TFTAK will host an inspiring event in Tallinn dedicated to exploring how food production side streams can be transformed into new opportunities.
The program will feature expert insights on:
Upcycling food by-products into future foods
Circular bioeconomy and fermentation solutions
Opportunities in alternative proteins and fats
Greenwashing risks and European market trends
Support available from EIT Food, EIS and PRIA
Speakers include Petri-Jaan Lahtvee and Kaisa Orgusaar (TalTech), Rain Kuldjärv (TFTAK), Ene Viiard (EIS), Gret-Kristel Mällo (Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture), and others.
