TFTAK hosted Top Civil Service Excellence Centre

TFTAK

TFTAK had the honor of hosting Estonia's top leaders and policymakers on November 28th. We presented how innovation is being driven in the food and biotechnology sectors and how we can assist the food industry in creating innovative products.

Additionally, the discussion focused on how to repurpose by-products and waste from the food industry into new, sustainable food products.

Guests were invited to taste a "salmon fillet" made from pea protein, a "chicken fillet" made from fungi protein, and cookies baked from wood. Alongside TFTAK, our good neighbor ÄIO also showcased their activities.

The visit was part of the development program Spinnaker, organized by the Top Civil Service Excellence Centre of Government Office.

We would like to thank the guests for attending and for their deep interest in the food system. Together, we can make our food more sustainable, healthier, and produce less waste.
