Hybrid dairy innovation will be one of the topics in focus as TFTAK participates in Bridge2Food Europe 2026, taking place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 9 to 11 June 2026.
The event brings together researchers, innovators and product developers from across the future food landscape, with a strong emphasis on ingredient functionality, product development and commercially relevant food innovation.
TFTAK will be present at booth D5, where our team will be available to meet current and prospective partners, discuss collaboration opportunities and exchange views on the scientific and technological developments shaping next-generation food systems.
A key highlight of our participation will be the presentation by Dr Sirli Rosenvald, R&D Director of Food Science at TFTAK, who will speak on 10 June. Sirli will address how protein type and inclusion level influence the behaviour of hybrid dairy systems during fermentation and coagulation. Her presentation will focus on the scientific mechanisms that shape product performance and quality in hybrid dairy applications.
As interest in hybrid dairy continues to grow, the development of robust and appealing products requires more than combining dairy and plant-based ingredients. It also requires a deeper understanding of how different proteins interact and how these interactions affect microbial activity, acidification, gel formation, texture development and overall product functionality. Sirli’s presentation will explore these questions from a research-based perspective and highlight why a more predictive, knowledge-driven approach is essential for successful hybrid dairy design.
Bridge2Food Europe offers an important platform for discussing the future of food innovation and for connecting science with industrial application. For TFTAK, it is an opportunity to contribute to the conversation with expertise in food science, product functionality and applied research.
We warmly invite partners and industry professionals to join Sirli’s session and to meet the TFTAK team in Copenhagen at booth D5.
